Freddy C.19/06/2024VerifiedPut down a deposit on Thursday and my fence was completed by Saturday afternoon! Nate and Andrew were very responsive and great listeners. They showed up before 7am on Saturday and were 90% done before noon. I was asked to complete the final payment before the job was done due to a prior customers issue with payment and that could be unsettling for some because that’s not how business usually works. That would be my only con to this process. The fence looks great, it came with a free door. I do wish the fence was taller because I can see over the fence easily but I think I’m stuck with what I have for now. Overall a great experience! Would recommend to anyone!

Laura m.18/03/2024VerifiedMy fence project was a unique one. I had an unknown fire in a compost pile start and it took out 3 of my neighbors corner fences. This company sent out someone to give me an estimate. I told him that another company mentioned the neighbors vinyl fence was a special color and had to be order from another company. They swore they had this color and it was no problem. The installers came, spoke zero English, shoved a phone at me so messages could be interpreted. They did the install and nothing matched. The vinyl was a different color and the wood was a different picket width. I kept the wooden side but rightfully so the neighbors with the vinyl were upset. I called them back and he tried to tell me how the Sun would fade the other panels, even tried to blame the neighbors. He then said he would come out and look but never came. Eventually they came out and took back the vinyl and gave me a partial refund, also forgot one whole panel to take. I ended up having to hire the other company. The installers also wrecked my neighbors grass area and buried her sprinkler head in dirt. I understand this wasn’t a normal fence installation but a lot of this could have been avoided if they would have just listened to the customer.
